Relationships Between Parental Career Expectation,Proactive Personality,Career Adaptability and Career Decision-Making Difficulty among Chinese College Students

摘要目的:考察大学生父母生涯发展期望、主动性人格、生涯适应力与生涯决策困难之间的关系。方法:对1089名大学生施测相关量表,并进行方差分析、相关分析和结构方程模型分析。结果:①男女生在父母生涯发展期望的安全舒适维度,主动性人格,生涯适应力总分和好奇,信心维度上存在显著差异,生涯决策困难各维度及总分差异不显著;②结构方程模型显示,父母生涯发展期望和主动性人格对生涯决策困难均有显著的正向预测效应,其交互作用不显著;③生涯适应力在父母生涯发展期望和主动性人格与生涯决策困难的关系中有部分中介作用。结论:父母生涯发展期望和主动性人格对生涯决策困难的影响具有"两面性",生涯适应力是重要的中介变量。 Objective： To investigate the relationships between parental career expectation,proactive personality,career adaptability and career decision-making difficulty.Methods： Relevant inventories were administered to 1089 college students who participated in this study;ANOVA,correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling were applied in data analysis.Results： ①Significant gender differences were found in the stability dimension of parental expectation,the total score of proactive personality and the total score and curiosity and confidence dimension of career adaptability,whereas no gender difference existed on decision-making difficulty.②Structural Equation Modeling revealed that both the parental expectation and proactive personality significantly predicted career decision-making difficulty,but the effect of their interaction was not significant.③Career adaptability partially mediated the influence of parental expectation and proactive personality on decision-making difficulty.Conclusion： Parental career expectation and proactive personality demonstrated ＂dual effect＂ on career decision making difficulty,between which career adaptability was an important mediating variable.
