4EBP1和P70S6K在不同宫颈病变组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

The expression and clinical significance of 4EBP1 and P70S6K in different cervical lesions

摘要 目的:研究真核细胞翻译起始因子4E结合蛋白(4EBP1)及核糖体40S小亚基S6蛋白激酶(P70S6K)在不同宫颈病变组织中的表达水平及其在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法及PT-PCR法检测宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及正常宫颈组织中的4EBP1和P70S6K表达水平。结果:在正常宫颈、CIN及宫颈癌组织中,4EBP1和P70S6K蛋白及mRNA水平表达依次增高,且3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4EBP1和P70S6K在宫颈癌中的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.354,P<0.05)。结论:4EBP1和P70S6K在宫颈癌发生、发展中起促进作用,二者可作为宫颈癌诊断及靶向治疗的重要生物学标记物。 Objective: To evaluate the expression of 4EBP1 and P70S6K in different cervical lesions and the functions of 4EBP1 and PTOS6K in the progression of cervical cancer. Methods: The expressions of 4EBP1 and PTOS6K in normal cervix uteri, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer were detected by the immunohistochemistry (SP methods) and RT - PCR. Results: In normal cervix uteri, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinomas, both mRNA and protein of 4EBP1 and PTOS6K were successively increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was a positive correlation between 4EBP1 and P70S6K expression in cervical cancer ( r = 0. 354, P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion:High expressions of 4EBPI and PTOS6K may play a promoting role in the pathogenesis and development of cervical cancer. Both of them can be used as important biological markers in diagnosis and targeted therapy of cervical cancer.
