摘要
中小制造企业在技术创新过程中存在的风险主要包括技术风险、财务风险、管理风险、生产风险、市场风险及政策风险等。全面、正确地识别技术创新过程中存在的各种风险因素,正确评价风险的大小,才能够给中小制造企业提供决策依据。在技术创新过程中,应正确理解和面对各种风险,将技术创新的风险降至最低,使技术创新能够顺利地进行,达到最终的技术创新目标。
The risks of technological innovation in SMMEs include technical risks, financial risks, management risks, production risks, market risks and policy risks. Identifying the various risk factors fully and correctly and evaluating the size of the risks exactly provide a decision basis for SMMEs. In the process of technological innovation, the enterprises should correctly understand and face various risks, reduce the risks to the minimum, so as to carry out technological innovation smoothly and reach the final goals.
