摘要
将最优化数学理论与具有强大数值计算功能的软件Matlab相结合,运用到二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计过程中。优化设计过程以二级斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器体积最小为目标函数,提出相应约束条件,并对给定设计实例进行优化计算,得到优化方案,与原设计方案相比,新设计方案体积减小25.02%,优化效果明显。
Combined the optimization mathematical theory with Matlab, and put this method into the process of two - stage helical cylindrical gear reducer design. During the optimal design process of two - stage helical cylindrical gear reducer, the objective function is minimum and the constraint conditions are put forward, and the given design examples are optimized, the optimization scheme is obtained. Compared with the original design scheme, the volume of new design scheme is reduced by 25.02 %, so the effect of optimization is significant.
