摘要 1引言资源枯竭型城市因资源开发而兴起,也因资源枯竭而衰退。城市价值系于以资源开采和加工为主导的产业发展上。资源主导了产业的发展,而产业又左右着城市的兴衰。如何破解产业对传统资源的过度依赖,如何协调城市与产业的发展,
