摘要
从功率双向计量的原理出发,介绍了净电表计量和上网电价两种计量方式,并阐述了国内外上网电价的实施情况。分析了谐波对功率计量的影响,从分布式电源、电力公司、政府部门、用户四个方面考虑解决方案,明确了责任和利益分配关系。
Starting from the principle of bidirectional power energy measurement, this paper introduced two measurement policies of net meter measurement and network electricity price for distributed generation system, and description was made to network electricity prices of implementation both at home and abroad. This paper analyzed harmonics impacts on power energy measurement. Solutions are considered from source of distributed power Company, government and consumer four sides, to have clarified responsibilities and benefit allocation relationship.
