摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种以滑膜关节慢性炎症性病变为主要表现的全身性自身免疫性疾病。其病程迁延反复,致畸、致残率高,在我国,随年龄增长,其患病率明显增高。本文主要通过查阅国内外最新文献就老年性类风湿关节炎特点和治疗策略作如下综述。
Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic autoimmune disease featured by chronic synovitis, with which the pa- tients often suffer from relapse, accompanied by high rate of disability and teratogenicity. In China, the incidence rate in- creases with the aging process. This paper aims to make a review about clinical features and treating strategies of the senile rheumatoid arthritis based on the latest literature in China as well as abroad.
