摘要
采用深冷处理装置对微小型高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2钻头进行深冷处理;通过比较处理前后刀具的磨损、硬度、以及金相组织的变化,得出经过深冷处理后,微细刀具材料的微观组织结构发生变化,使微细刀具的耐磨性增强,刀具的硬度提高和刀具的表面粗糙度降低;因此经过深冷处理后能使微细刀具的性能有较大的提高性,从而延长微细刀具的使用寿命。
The paper studies the deep cryogenic treatment of high speed steel (W6MoSCr4V2) drill and the change on the wear law of drill, wear morphology of flank, as well as the microstructure changes after the deep cryogenic treatment. The research results show: after cryogenic treatment, micro cutting tool material microstructure has changed; the tool wear resistance is enhanced; and hardness is increased at some extent; the cutting surface roughness is reduced. Therefore, cryogenic treatment can improve the micro cutting tool abrasion, and prolong its service life.
