摘要
采用国标HJ/T 166-2004中规定的酸分解方法和过氧化钠碱熔法对污泥样品进行消解处理后,用二苯碳酰二肼光度法测定样品中总铬(Cr)的含量。试验结果表明:酸分解法和过氧化钠碱熔方法的测定结果存在明显差异,将高灵敏度的二苯碳酰二肼比色法与过氧化钠消解样品相结合,不仅操作简单,大大节约时间,且灵敏度、准确度、精密度均较高,是值得推广的总铬含量测定的方法。
Two methods of acid ( HCl - HNO3 - HF - HClO4) and alkali ( Na2O2 ) were used to digest waste chromium solid, and then the total chromium was determined by diphenylcarbo - hydrazide spectrophotometry. The results were there was obvious difference between the two methods. If used Na2O2 to digest the sample, not only the operation was simple, but also the sensitivity, accuracy, and precision were high. So this method was worth popularizing to determine the total chromium in waste chromium solid.
