摘要
介绍了600 MW汽轮机高压调节汽阀容易发生的阀门反馈LVDT信号错误,门杆防转销松动、断裂及阀芯脱落,伺服阀故障,快速卸荷阀工作不正常等典型故障的现象与判定方法,分别分析了造成上述故障的原因,同时给出了相应的处理措施及处理过程中的注意事项。
The high pressure control valves of 600 MW steam turbine easily occured valve feedback LVDT failure, valve stem anti-rotation pin loosening, fracture and the valve core dropped-off fault, servo valve fault, fast unloading valve fault, etc. The paper introduced the phenomenon and determinant methods respectively, analyzed the causes of the faults, also gave the points for attention treatment measures and the corresponding treatment process.
