摘要
目的了解对新疆少数民族地区乡镇卫生院卫生技术人员培训现状与需求。方法典型抽样选取南疆墨玉县、北疆青河县和东疆哈密市3个地区共205名卫生院在岗人员进行问卷调查,并对30名卫生院领导、参加培训人员和授课教师进行访谈。结果已开展培训的培训单位层次、培训方式和授课方法与卫技人员的培训需求差别最高为32.19%,最低为1.46%,针对性不强,培训人员对学习的重要性认识不足,培训后理论和技能应用效果不佳。结论在已有培训基础上,改进观念,改变模式,进一步加大培训力度,按医学教育规律传授知识,并逐步完善培训考核机制,加强学以致用的引导和激励。
Objective By researching the healthful workers＇ training status and willing diversity in Xinjiang national minority areasr township hospitals to augment the training pertinence and boost the training effects. Methods We typically sampled the Moyu County in the southern Xinjiang, the Qinghe County in the northern Xinjiang and the Hami City in the eastern Xinjiang, extracted total 205 personnel on guard in these three regions and then interviewed with 30 hospital leaders, staff in--service training and training consultants. Results We have concluded that the existing training unitsr level, training method, and teaching mode are all different of up to 32.19%, as low as 1.46% from the training requirement. Their pertinence has a way to go and the personnel have not realized the importance of learning. So the effect isn＇t obvious theoretically and technically. Conclusion On the basis of the existing training, we should certificate perception, improve mode, further increase the training force. We should impart knowledge according to the law of medical education, gradually perfect the training appraisal mechanism and also guide and inspire them to apply it to operation.
