摘要
出院随访作为一种临床治疗和护理工作的延续方法,已经被大部分医院采用并实施。本文作者通过调查分析,发现出院随访存在着失访率高、随访使用方式单一、缺乏系统的健康指导方案、制度体系不完善等问题,并针对存在的问题进行咨询专家,查阅文献,总结归纳了解决策略。
Follow-up as a continuation method for clinical treatment and nursing, has been used and implemented by most hospitals. The author through the investigation and analysis find, there are the prohlems of high lost of follow-up rate, a single way of follow-up, lack of comprehensive health guidance scheme, imperfect system etc. According to the existing problem, this paper summarizes the solution strategy by consulting exerts and reviewing literature.
