摘要
微卡主要在农村道路行驶和田间作业,行驶条件差。目前微卡广泛采用的转向器由于逆效率高,转向轮受到的地面冲击力会传到方向盘,发生"打手"现象。基于解决"打手"问题而创新设计的新型微卡循环球曲柄指销式转向器总成,在结构上采用螺母与指销制成一体等一系列创新设计理念,既具有循环球转向器正效率高的优点,还能较好地解决"打手"问题,并且还具有结构简单、制造成本低、组装方便等优点。
Mini truck is mainly used on rural road and in field, driving conditions are poor. At present, due to the high inverse efficiency, impact force generated from ground will be transmitted to the steering wheel, steering gear widely used by mini trucks will have ＂hand-hacking＂ phenomenon. To solve the problem of ＂hand-hacking＂, the new model of mini truck recirculating ball-lever and peg steering gear assembly is innovatively designed, with a series of innovative designing concept of combining nuts and tapered pins into a unit in the structure, that means this design has the advantages of high efficiency in recirculation ball steering device, and it can also solve the problem of ＂hand-hacking＂ phenomenon as well as the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, convenient assembly and etc.
