摘要
目的了解临床护士对汞危害认知水平及防范汞污染的意识,为临床护士职业防护教育提供依据。方法采用自设问卷对50名临床护士进行汞危害的认知及防范意识调查。结果 100%的临床护士知道水银体温计破损具有危害性,其中66%的临床护士能完全正确回答汞进入人体的主要途径;有78%,的临床护士有打碎体温计的经历,有76%的临床护士能正确处理外溢的汞。临床护士对汞危害性认知情况及对汞外溢的处理情况在学历、工作年限、职称方面差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论应加强临床护士汞危害相关知识的教育.提高临床护士职业防护意识和环保意识.规范临床体温计的使用及破损体温计的处理流程.从而有效控制体温计在临床使用中造成的医源性汞污染。
Objective To learn clinical nurses' awareness and knowledge of the mercury hazards,and provide the basis for occupational protection education of clinical nurses. Methods Questionnaire on cognition and prevention awareness of mercury hazard was distributed to 50 clinical nurses. Results One hundred percent of the investigated clinical nurses knew that breakage of mercury thermometer was hazardous and 66 percent of the nurses correctly answered how mercury got into human's body;78 percent of the clinical nurses experienced broken thermometer and 76 percent of the clinical nurse disposed spills of mercury properly. Nurses' cognition of mercury and ability to dispose mercury spills were not directly related to the qualifications,work experience and job title(P〉0.05). Conclusion The education of mercury harm,awareness of occupational protection and environmental awareness in nurses should be strengthened. The use and disposed process of thermometer should be regulated to effectively control mercury pollution.
