摘要
采用口灌方法研究了贯众、方一和方二共3种中药方剂水煎剂对1+龄施氏鲟Acipenser schrencki部分非特异性免疫功能的影响。实验组每组15尾,每日口灌给药1次,贯众、方一和方二给药剂量每50 kg体质量分别为9,175和36 g,并设口灌蒸馏水的对照组。实验结束后,取部分鱼高温30℃热刺激2 h后,与已常温22℃给药14 d的实验组共同采样,对鱼血清中蛋白含量,白细胞吞噬及6种组织中溶菌酶活性进行了测定。实验结果表明,贯众及方二对于鱼血清内各种蛋白含量提高及白细胞吞噬活性有较好的促进和增强作用,且在高温刺激下无显著变化,而方一在常温养殖下作用不显著,但在促进鱼体对高温刺激做出高效应答、提高鱼体应急情况下的免疫调节有较好的作用。
The effects of the aqueous extracts of three Chinese medicinal herb additives （Cyrtomiumfortu- nei,prescription I and prescription II） on non - specific immunity of 1 ＋ age old Amur sturgeon （Acipenser schrencki Brandt） were studied by means of oral perfusion. Cyrtomium fortune,prescriptions I and prescriptions II were orally given to 15 fish for each experimental group one time a day,with the concentration of 9,175 and 36 g/50 kg body weight,respectively. Meanwhile, distilled water was orally given as the control. After the experiment, part of the experimental fish were stimulated with high temperature （30 ℃ ） for two hours. All the samples were collected after fourteen days＇ administration at 22 ℃ and 30 ℃. The protein content in the serum, phagocytic activity of leucocytes and the activity of the lysozyme in six tissues were determined. The results indicated that Cyrtomium fortune and prescription II could help to enhance the content of various kinds of protein and promote the phagocytic activity of leucocytes. There was no significant change in the effects between these two additives at the normal temperature and high temperature. Prescriptions I didn＇ t show an obvious effect on the immunity of fish at the normal temperature, however, it played an important role in promoting high - efficiency response and improving immunoregulation of fish under some emergencies.
