摘要
谈心是高校辅导员开展思想工作的重要途径。然而,由于主体与客体之间的信息不对称及各自扮演的社会角色有别,因而其交互影响当中出现的适宜性问题更显突出,加之工具理性无法胜任价值理性的目的,介体的满足难以形成足够的动向以促进追求的实现。所以,要从人类自身的反身性出发,以文明之路的多维角度,探索动态发展中,谈心适宜性的科学性的有效实现,在信度与效度的框架内外,实现可能的价值抉择。
It＇s an important way for the university counselors to carry out ideological work by heart-to-heart talking. However, not only because of the information asymmetry between the subject and the object, but also because of the different role in society, thus the suitability of its interaction appears more prominent, in addition to instrumental rationality which can not be qualified for the purpose of rational value, and the mediator which is difficult to form an adequate movements to promote the realization of the pursuit, so, we need explore the effective realization of the scientific of talking and achieve the possible value choice from the human beings reflexivity, multi-dimensional perspective of the civilization.
