摘要
选取美国的NACA4412翼型为所研究的叶片翼型,并利用专业软件Profili获得翼型曲线以及相关设计参数;其次,基于UG的多功能曲线创建体功能创建叶片的实体模型;然后,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/Workbench计算叶片的模态,并获取相应的固有频率值与振型图.其分析结果为风力发电机叶片的固有频率避开激振频率提供了有效的方法,为风力机叶片的机构设计与优化提供了重要的依据.
Taking the NACA4412 airfoil of United States as the blade airfoil profile, and use the professional design software Profili to get wing profile curves and related design parameters. Based on the multi-curve function of UG, the entity model of the blade is created. Then, by the use of finite element analysis software of ANSYS/Workbench, the corresponding natural frequency values and vibration mode diagrams are obtained. The results can provide an effective method for making natural frequencies of the single blade to avoid the exciting frequency of the single blade.
