摘要
利用有限元仿真分析方法对新研制的高速列车制动盘进行热容量仿真分析,并将高速列车制动盘在制动过程中的温度场仿真分析结果与1:1制动动力试验结果进行比较,分析制动盘制动过程温度场分布规律,表明仿真分析是研究高速列车制动盘制动过程的有效手段。
In this paper, the finite element method is used to research the heat capacity of the brake disc for high-speed train. The simulation resuits are compared to the results from the test by the full-size inertia brake dynamometer. The distribution of brake disc's temperature field is analyzed. It is proved that the finite element analysis is an efficient method to research the brake disc for the high-speed train.
