摘要
生产山羊痘活疫苗时,羊睾丸采集工作量大,易污染,费时费事,是否有办法减少人员外出采集羊睾丸次数,值得摸索,本实验将长成单层的羊睾丸细胞进行传代,长成致密单层后进行接毒,收获毒液,并对毒液及疫苗成品进行病毒含量测定,结果表明,羊睾丸细胞完全可以传一代,细胞形态良好,毒液、疫苗成品毒价均达到规程要求,羊睾丸原代细胞传代可以大大提高睾丸组织利用率,降低人员劳动强度。
when we produce goat pox vaccine, sheep testicles acquisition is a heavy job which was easily contaminated, time-consuming and cumbersome. Whether there are some ways to reduce our staff go out to collect sheep testicles, is worth fumble. In this experiment, a monolayer of sheep testicular cells were passaged so as to grow into a dense monolayer after inoculation, and to harvest venom, and measured the dose of virus. The results show that sheep testicular ceils completely could subculture to one generation, and the cell morphology is satisfied to do next experiment, the venom and the final vaccine titer reached our requirements. Culture of generated cells can greatly improve working efficiency, and could reduce labor intensity.
