摘要
针对现有奶粉包装不能直接计量,使用过程中容易污染等问题,设计一种可计量奶粉罐。它由下端罐体、上端罐体以及上端罐体中的计量室组成。奶粉储存在下端罐体中,在罐体的上端设置有开口,开口直接与上端的计量室相连。需要冲泡奶粉时,打开盖子,把奶粉罐倒扣在奶瓶上,然后拉动外面的绳子,奶粉就自动进入奶瓶中。通过计算分析确定奶粉罐的总体结构,分析影响计量不准确和容易污染的原因,该设计结构简单,可精确计量。
In view of the milk powder package can not be directed measurement and easily polluting in using, a milk cans was designed. It's made of the lower tank, the upper tank and the metrology room in the upper tank. The milk is stored in the lower tank. An opening is ar- ranged in the upper part of the tank and connected with the upper metrology room. When brewing the milk, open the lid of the milk can, upside down it in the bottle, then pull out the rope, the milk powder will automatically enter the bottle. Through the design calculation and analysis to determine the overall structure of the milk can and analyzing the causes that influence factors on inaccurate measurement and pollu- tion. The designed milk can has the advantages of simple structure and accurate measurement.
