褐煤煤泥水沉降特性试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对褐煤洗选工艺中煤泥水的处理进行了相关试验研究。采用X射线衍射对褐煤中矸石进行了物相分析,并对试验用的三种水样做了离子分析;在不加药的情况下进行了煤泥水沉降试验,直接用矸石配制煤泥水,进行了人工模拟循环水复用条件下的煤泥水沉降性能测试,研究了不同水质对煤泥水沉降的影响,探究了不同浓度条件下的煤泥水最佳用药量。试验结果表明:该种褐煤矸石泥化后能使水质硬度增大,现场水样有利于煤泥水的沉降,只需加入FOCUSⅡ型有机凝聚剂,就能达到较好的沉降效果。 The experimental study was done focused on slime treatment in the process of the lignite wash- ing. The phase analysis of the gangue in the lignite was done by X -ray diffraction, and the ion in the three kinds of water sample used in the test was analyzed. The coal slime were prepared directly using the gangue, under the condition without adding agent conducted the coal slime settlement performance test under artificial simulated circulating water, studied the influence of different water on the slime settle- ment, the optimum dosage for coal slime under different concentration. The result indicated that this kind of gangue after sliming can increase the hardness of the water; the water took from the working site facili- ties the settlement of the coal slime; the ideal settlement result can be achieved only by adding the organ- ic coagulant named FOCUS II.
