摘要
鉴于钢芯铝绞线股线应力分析是研究导线力学特性的基础,在考虑钢芯铝绞线结构特性的情况下,通过ANSYS软件建立了完整的钢芯铝绞线模型,并对钢芯铝绞线模型施加适当的边界条件分析了股线的应力应变分布情况。结果表明,钢芯铝绞线股线应力水平和应变程度与其结构性能有关,所有铝股线中最外层铝股线承担更多的应力,且首先进入塑性应变阶段。
The strands stress analysis of ACSR is the foundation of studying ACSR mechanical properties. In this paper, finite element method is used to analyze the ACSR strands stress. The structural characteristics of ACSR are consid ered and the complete ACSR model is established by using ANSYS to simulate the distribution of stress and strain under appropriate boundary conditions. The results show that both the state of strands stress and the stress intensity level are related with its structural properties the strands of outermost layers bears more stress and firstly it comes into 131astic strain stage.
