摘要
针对中小水电站现有运营模式已不能适应解决现实中的经营难题,在分析研究PROT和TOT项目融资模式的基础上,借助霍尔三维模式对二者进行了比较研究,并将其异同点有机地统一在霍尔三维模式下,形成了二者的集成比较研究,最后给出了初步的逻辑数学表达式并进行了简短的案例分析,以实现对项目边界的有效判断,从而促进中小电站项目能有序运营。
There are many problems in the operation process for current small and medium sized hydropower stations and present operation mode can not meet the actual situation. In order to solve business problems in reality, based on the analysis of PROT and TOT project financing mode, comparative study is carried out with Hall three-dimensional mode. And then, their similarities and differences are integrated into Hall three-dimensional mode. Finally, primary logic mathematical expression is deduced and a brief case analysis is given for discrimination of change in the mode boundary conditions, which facilitates small and medium sized hydropower station operation orderly.
