摘要
针对目前中国高速铁路的速度越来越快,车轮的滚动速度也就随之越来越快,为保障列车行驶的安全性,设计一种高速铁路车轮的实时监测系统。利用模糊控制器这种智能的方法,来处理车轮的机械磨损数据。改变传统的监测方法中,采用先进的控制器来处理数据,使得控制更加智能,满足高速铁路车轮的实时监测需要,提前排除安全隐患,提高列车行驶的安全性。
With up speed of high-speed railway trains, the rolling speed of train wheels is up. So the paper presents a design of a real-time wheel monitoring system for high-speed railway trains to ensure the safety of train operation. The method is to use fuzzy controller to process mechanical wear data of the wheels. The advanced controller is used to process data instead of traditional monitoring method, so the control method is more intelligent, and it can meet real-time monitoring requirements for the high-speed railway train wheels, reduce hidden troubles in advance, and improve the safety of train operation.
