摘要
济钢3200m3高炉由于原燃料条件恶化以及操作制度调剂不及时,造成了炉况失常,表现为压量关系紧张、炉缸工作状态不断恶化、中心气流不畅,通过改善原燃料质量、采用上下部调剂相结合的操作制度,炉况恢复正常,重新确立了精料、合适的操作制度对于高炉操作的重要性。
Due to the condition deterioration of raw material and fuel and unable adjustment of operating system in time, Jinan Steel's 3 200 m3 blast furnace became adverse furnace condition, which assumed strained relations between blast volume and blast pressure, worsening working status of hearth and non-fluent central airflow. Through improving the qualities of raw material and fuel and adopting upper and lower adjusting combined operation system, the furnace condition came back to normal. The importance of beneficiated burden material and suitable operation system was reestablished.
