摘要
以乳酸浓度、超声提取时间、液料比和提取温度为响应因子,脱钙率为响应值进行实验,利用MiniTab 15.1统计分析软件中的Box-Behnken进行响应面分析,对超声波辅助乳酸脱除草鱼鱼鳞中钙的工艺优化进行了研究。结果表明,最佳工艺参数修正值:超声温度为40℃,超声时间为38 min,浓度为0.75 mol/L,液料比为20∶1,脱钙率平均值达到95.62%。
Taken lactic acid concentration, ultrasonic extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature as the response factors, the process optimization of calcium removal of grass carp scales by the ultrasonic assisted lactic acid was studied,and design response surface analysis was conducted with the MiniTab 15.1 of statistical analysis software Box-Behnken, the optimum process parameters value were measured and obtained. The result showed that the ultrasonic temperature was 40 ℃, ultrasonic time for 38 min, concentration of 0.75 mol/ L and the liquid ratio of 20: 1, and the decalcified average rate reached 95.62 %.
