摘要
综述了复合材料在波音787客机上突破性创新应用的情况。表明作为全球第1架复合材料质量分数达到50%的飞机,波音787在复合材料的使用方面有很多独到之处,这些独到之处不仅仅体现在各种新材料及先进成型工艺的使用上,更体现在其先进的国际化制造理念上。同时,深入解析了波音公司国际化制造的管理模式,结合波音787制造过程中遇到的问题,分析了这种管理模式的优缺点。
In this Paper, the author summaries innovative applications for composite technology in Boeing 787. Boeing 787 is the first aircraft to use 50% composites. What is unique about it is that it not only applies new materials and advanced molding technology, but also advanced international manufacturing ideal. This article, starting with Boeing 787＇s use of composites, investigates the management pattern of Boeing Company for international manufacturing. It also analyzes the merits and demerits of this management pattern with regard to the existing problems in the process of manufacturing.
