艾司洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗室速风暴10例分析被引量：1

摘要目的对艾司洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗室速风暴疗效进行研究分析。方法随机选择我院2009年8月至2011年8月室速风暴患者20名,分成A、B两组,A组对照组患者10名,给予胺碘酮治疗;B组10名患者为治疗组,在A组基础上加艾斯洛尔治疗。结果经治疗,B组患者心律失常好转优于A组,患者心功能改善相比于A组较好,治疗有效率高于A组,不良反应发生率低于A组患者。结论艾司洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗室速风暴,效果较好,有效率较高。
