摘要
目的了解上海市某区医疗机构的污水处理现状及监测质量。方法采取现场调查与资料调查的方法,对上海市某区29家医疗机构的污水消毒情况进行了调查。结果 29家医疗机构污水均采用集中式处理,其中2家民营医院无污水处理设备,7家医疗机构的污水处理设备无卫生许可批件。29家医疗机构均使用含氯消毒剂进行污水消毒,其中19家采用人工投氯。所调查的29家医院的污水检测合格率仅为58.62%。结论上海市某区部分医疗机构的污水消毒设施较为陈旧,污水处理质量合格率较低,应加强污水处理设备保养维护与更新。
Objective To understand the status and quality monitoring of medical sewage disposal in certain district of Shanghai. Methods On - site and material investigation were used to study the status of sewage disinfection in 29 medical institutions in certain district of Shanghai. Results 29 medical institutions included 2 private hospitals without sewage disposal facilities, 7 medical institutions with sewage disposal facilities but without hygiene license documents. 29 medical institutions all used chlorine -containing disinfectants for sewage disinfection, 19 of which throwed disinfectants artificially. The qualified rate of sewage disinfection in 29 medical institutions was only 58.62%. Conclusion The sewage disinfection facilities of some medical institutions in certain district of Shanghai are quite outdated, and the qualified rate of sewage disinfection is low. So it is necessary to strengthen the maintaining and updating of sewage disposal facilities.
