摘要
首先对新能源上市公司的资本结构和可能影响资本结构的科技因素进行了描述统计,随后应用多元回归方法考察了这些科技因素对新能源上市公司资本结构的影响。研究发现:新能源公司资本结构与公司规模显著正相关,与专利产出能力和无形资产收益率等指标显著负相关,反映出科技水平更高的企业更倾向于股权融资。由此建议无形资产应在科技型企业的经营和资本结构改善中发挥更大的作用。
this paper first makes descriptive statistics for capital structure of new energy listed companies and science and technology factors that would impact the capital structure. Then multivariate regression analysis method is used to test the science and technology factor influences to capital structure. It is found that company size and capital structure has significant positive correlation, and patent output capacity and intangible assets rate of return has neg- ative correlation, and R＆D input, which reflect that company with high science and technology level lends to equity financing. Intangible assets should play bigger role in operation and capital structure improvement.
