摘要
本文首先提出组织人力资本的概念,并界定了它的含义及其与个体人力资本的区别;其次,着眼于实现从个体人力资本到组织人力资本的转化所具有的重要意义,本文提出了基于学习的组织人力资本转换模型,并分析了形成组织人力资本的具体转换过程;再次,以企业成长阶段模型为基础,从组织人力资本的新视角,探讨了企业家人力资本与组织人力资本的互动机制,并说明在知识经济环境下,组织学习是实现互动机制的主要途径;最后是几点结论。
This paper first gives the definition of the organizational human capital and the differences between individual human capital and organizational human capital.There is a significance of the transformation from individual human capital to organizational human capital.It puts forward the model of the transformation of organizational human capital based on learning and the specific transforming process.It also explores the mechanism of transformation from the entrepreneur human capital to organizational human capital based on the model of growing-up stage of enterprise.Organizational learning is the main way to realize the mechanism of transformation.Finally it reaches some conclusions.
