摘要 从火电机组供电标煤耗指标入手,分析了主辅机设备性能指标对机组供电标准煤耗率的不同影响.计算结果表明,锅炉效率、汽机热耗率及厂用电率所造成的煤耗变化分别占煤耗变化总量的26.23%,48.48%和25.29%,因此汽机热耗率偏差的对机组性能影响最大.进而分析了影响汽轮机热耗率指标的外部因素、能效因素和运行因素,并从汽轮机组运行优化调度、精细化检修和运行优化管理等3个方面提出了汽轮机及其热力系统的性能分析与优化的原则和方法.基于某300 MW汽轮机实时运行数据的耗差分析结果表明:该机组的运行与检修可控耗差分别为11.915和11.230 g/(kW·h),可见实施汽轮机及其热力系统性能分析与优化具有良好的节能效果. Based on the standard coal consumption of power supply in the coal fired power plant, the influence of the performance index of the major and auxiliary equipments on the standard coal con- sumption rate of power supply was analyzed. The calculation results show that the coal consumption caused by boiler efficiency, the heat rate of the turbine and the auxiliary rate were 26. 23%, 48.48% and 25.29% of the total changes of coal consumption. Therefore, the heat rate of the tur- bine was the key factor on the unit performance. Then the extemal factor, efficiency factor and oper- ating factor related to the heat rate of the turbine were analyzed. The performance analysis and the optimization principle and method on the turbine and its thermal system were proposed in the consid- eration of the optimization dispatcher of the turbo-set, fine repair and operation optimization manage- ment. The results of consumption analyses on a 300 MW power plant show that the consumptions of the turbine under the controllable operation and overhaul were 11. 915 and 11. 230 g/(kW · h), re- spectively. So the effect of energy saving was ideal through implementing performance analysis and optimization on the turbine and its thermal system.
