摘要
同面多电极技术是一种新型飞机复合材料异常检测技术,而快速有效地获得传感器敏感场是实现该技术的关键问题之一,常规的定义式解法存在计算量大、计算繁琐的问题;文中通过建立同面8电极传感器的二维模型,依据电磁场理论和ECT系统相关概念推导了传感器场域内微元灵敏度和场强分布的关系,利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件计算了检测区域内场强分布,并通过与定义式对比重建图像误差和算法耗时两项指标来分析新方法;仿真结果表明:利用场强分布计算得到敏感场用于图像重建,可在几乎不降低图像重建效果的前提下,大幅提高敏感场的求解速度。
Uniplanar multi-electrodes technique is a novel anomaly detection of composite components on aircraft, and the method to ob-tain the sensitivity distribution quickly and efficiently is one of the key issues to implement the technique. The definition solution is a conven-tional method, which has a large amount and tedious computation. In this paper, a two-dimensional model of uniplanar 8-electrodes sensor is established, the relationship between the element sensitivity and field intensity distribution is deduced based on electromagnetic theory and the related concepts of ECT system, using ANSYS software to calculate the field intensity distribution of the detection area. In order to ana-lyse the new method, reconstructed image error and algorithm time cost are chosed as evaluation indicator. The simulation results show that: the use of field intensity distribution calculated sensitivity distribution for image reconstruction, can considerablly improve the solution speed without reducing the quality of reconstruction visibly.
