摘要 目的 :建立大鼠脊髓牵拉性损伤的模型 ,探讨实验性脊髓牵拉性损伤的病理生理改变及临床意义。方法 :双侧椎板切除显露大鼠脊髓的全宽 ,用模拟神经拉钩特制的牵开器由侧方牵拉脊髓 ,实现水平方向上的脊髓牵拉性损伤 ,并用磁刺激运动诱发电位和行为学功能试验指标进行综合评价。结果 :选用不同的牵拉比率 (2 0 %、30 %和40 % )可以稳定地复制出不同程度的牵拉性脊髓损伤 ,其神经电生理的改变与行为学功能的改变有相关性。结论 :此模型的建立对进一步了解牵拉性脊髓损伤的发病机理 。 Objective:Through the establishment of tractive spinal cord injury model on the rat,we discussed the pathophysiological changes and clinical significance of this scathe by the evaluation of magnetic stimulating motion evoked potential and behavioral functional tests.Method:The spinal cord was tracted by a special retractor imitating the neural ecarteur after exposing the spinal cord entirely via dual laminectomy on rat,then the neural electrophysiological changes was monitored by Biological evoked potential grapher.Result:Graded tractive spinal cord injury can be duplicated certainly by choosing varied tractive ratio(such as 20%,30% and 40%),and the neural electrophysiological changes were correlated with that of behavioral functions.Conclusion:The model referred in this article provided a valuable assistance in understanding etiopathology,investigating pathophysiological changes and screening effective measures of therapy and prophylaxis of this injury.
