摘要
分析了国外 UOE焊管生产及现状 ,列举了各 UOE焊管机组生产的主要加工工艺、设备以及在线质量检测方法 ,同时还介绍了日本住友金属公司、日本钢管公司、新日铁公司和意大利希尔德公司等几条 UOE焊管机组的车间平面布置图和主要设备配置以及非破坏性检查设备的配置 ,对了解国外 UOE焊管生产情况有一定的参考价值。
The article analysis the status and production of UOE welded pipe in the world, and describes the main process procedure, equipment as well as the online quality inspecting methods, meanwhile it also introduces UOE production mill layout, main equipment and NDT inspecting equipment of Sumitomo Metal Corp., NKK, Nippon and Hilde Corp. Italy, it is valuable for reference of the UOE welded pipe production status abroad.
