摘要
以某1420 mm冷连轧机组飞剪为例,对电机功率、加速时间等力能参数确定原则及与带钢剪切速度、剪切半径、转动惯量、加速范围的关系进行分析,并对现有飞剪启动工作制进行优化。
Taking a drumshear of 1420 mm tandem cold mill as one example, tile paper carri~,s out tile analysis for principle of determination of energetic parameter such as motor power,acceleration time,etc.,and with relation to trip cutting speed,cutting radius,rotation inertia and acceleration range;meanwhile,alsooptimizes the start system of existing drum shear.
