摘要
利用XRD、SEM、水化热、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP)等研究了Cr对C3A-二水石膏水化的影响以及C3A-二水石膏对Cr的固化效率。结果表明:在水化过程中引入重金属Cr3+,掺杂0.1%~0.5%的重金属Cr能够促进C3A与二水石膏的水化,并且C3A-二水石膏可以有效地固化重金属Cr3+;在烧制过程中引入重金属Cr2O3,C3A的水化活性明显提高,但是此种掺杂方式C3A-二水石膏对重金属Cr的固化效果不明显。
Through XRD, SEM, heat of hydration, ICP, et al, the effect of Cr on C3 A-gypsum hydration and the curing efficiency were studied. The results show that, adding 0. 1%-0. 5% Cr could accelerate the hydration speed of C3 A-gypsum, and C3 A- gypsum could solidify heavy metal Cr efficiently when adding Cr3+ during the hydration process; though the hydration activity of C3A doped heavy metal Cr was obviously improved, C3 A-gypsum couldn't solidify heavy metal Cr when adding Cr2 O3 during sintering C3 A.
