摘要
针对沙漠公路沿线风积沙治理问题,利用改性废旧纤维为原料,设计了代号为CD-1的固沙剂。取内蒙古鄂尔多斯杭棉旗G109东胜—蔡汗卓段细沙为试验对象,对沙块进行了无机混合材料稳定土的无侧限抗压强度试验、混凝土抗冻试验、水泥胶沙强度试验和风洞试验。试验结果表明:用CD-1固沙剂制成的沙块在干燥和反复浸水状态下,其抗压强度、质量损失率、强度损失率、抗老化性能均高于国家标准,并无任何污染物质生成,达到了利用废旧物品和现场材料相结合治理公路沙害,改善运输环境问题的目的。
For aeolian sand governance along the desert highway, a sand-fixing agent labeled CD-1 isdesigned using modified waste of national highway 109 in compressive on inorganic fiber. Taking the silver sand which comes from Dongsheng-Caihanzhuo section Kangmian , Ordos, Inner Mongolia as experimental subject, unconfined strength test, frost resistance test of concrete, cement glue hybrid materials stabilized soil are carried out to evaluate sand strength test and wind tunnel test the performance of CD-1. The result shows that the compressive strength, the mass loss rate. the strength loss rate and the anti-aging properties ofCD-1 sand blocks are higher than the values in national standard no matter the CD-1 sand blocks are dry or repeatedly soaked, and no pollutant generated, which means that the purpose using waste materials combined with on-site materials to governance road sand disasters and improve transportation environment is achieved well.
