摘要
为争创一流企业,建立现代化企业制度,煤炭企业应加强后勤服务社会化建设,以满足市场经济发展的需要。文章在分析煤炭企业后勤管理现状的基础上,指出了煤炭企业后勤服务社会化的必然性及必要性,并就煤炭企业后勤社会化改革基本原则及路径进行了论述,以期为煤炭企业及其他行业进行后勤社会化提供一些参考和借鉴。
