摘要
煤的灰分是指煤中所有可燃物质完全燃烧时,煤中矿物质在一定温度下经过一系列分解、化合等复杂反应后剩下的残渣。世界各国和我国都以煤的灰分作为煤分类的最重要的指标。在煤化工中,普通方法测量煤的灰分,耗费时间长,远远不能满足工业生产中快速测控的要求。文章建立了新型的快速灰分检测仪,应用简单、快速、易操作消除了人为的影响,经济效益极为可观。
