摘要
以双环戊二烯或双环戊二烯衍生物为原料采用开环歧化聚合反应生产的聚环烯烃聚合物———聚降冰片烯、聚双环戊二烯和环烯共聚物已经成功地进入市场,其物理性能和机械性能有明显的差别。文章介绍了这3种聚合物的制备、特性以及市场情况,并提出未来发展的建议。
Three types of polycyclic olefin polymers produced through ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) with dicyclopentadiene or its derivatives have been successfully marketed. The first type is known as polynorbornene ( PNB), which is a kind of elastomer; The second type is known as poly (dicyclopentadiene) or DCPD reaction injection molding (DCPD- RIM), which is a kind of thermoset resin;The third type is known as cyclic olefin copolymers (COCs) ; which is a kind of thermoplastics. They have obvious differences on physical and mechanical properties. The preparation, characteristics and market application of the three types of polymers were introduced, and proposals for their future development were raised.
