摘要
目的探讨单纯TACE疗法与利卡汀联合TACE治疗HCC的临床疗效。方法将在我院确诊为肝细胞癌(HCC)的患者78例,采取经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)的疗法,其中单纯采用TACE介入疗法共计35例,利卡汀联合TACE疗法共计43例,检测治疗前及治疗一个月后的肿瘤大小、AFP值、肝肾功能、外周血白细胞、红细胞及血小板的变化。结果两组治疗均可以缩小肿瘤体积、降低AFP,但利卡汀联合TACE疗法组的疗效更为明显,两组比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。肝肾功能、外周血白细胞、红细胞及血小板治疗前后无明显变化,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论利卡汀联合TACE疗法较单纯的TACE疗法治疗HCC疗效更为显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of simple TACE and Licartin combining with TACE in Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma （HCC）. Methods All 78 patients with HCC were studied objects in our hospital. The pa- tients received_the TACE therapy, and 35 patients just received the simple TACE therapy, at the same time ,the other 43 patients received the Licartin combining with TACE therapy. The size of tumor, liver function, kidney function, AFP, WBC, RBC, PLT test were examined before the operation and post-operation 1 month. Results Both of two groups can reduce the size of tumor and AFP, but the efficiency of the Licartin combining with TACE therapy was more odvious. There was significant different between the two group （P 〈 0.05）. The liver function, kidney function, AFP, WBC, RBC, PLT test examined before the operation and post-operation 1 month were no significant different be- tween the two group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Licartin combining with TACE therapy is more effective than the simple TACE therapy in treatment of hepatoceUular carcinoma.
