摘要
研究各地12320公共卫生公益电话建设的成功经验,分析在医改背景下和卫生事业发展"十二五"规划框架下各地12320的建设现状、服务内容、管理模式。提出了新时期12320建设的发展策略。
This paper studies the successful experience of public health hotline 12320 in different areas, analyzes the establishment status, service contents and management pattern of hotline 12320 under the background of the new healthcare reform and the frame- work of "the 12th Five-Year Plan" for health development, and provides the development strategies on hotline 12320 establishment in the new period.
