摘要
作为中国沿海14个开放城市之一的南通市,出口贸易发展较早,现已跻身全国大中城市对外贸易总量25强行列。但是,依据2010年广交会上发布的《后危机时代中国外贸发展战略》所构建的出口发展水平评价指标体系,对南通市出口贸易发展进行评价,可以看出,南通市虽然成为出口大市,但离强市尚有一段不小的距离,出口产品结构有待进一步优化,出口经济效益有待提高,且存在一定的出口安全隐患。不过,它毕竟已具备良好的出口发展趋势和可持续发展条件,出口发展基础也较好,有着由"出口大市"向"出口强市"转变的契机,当务之急是应从调整出口产业结构、促进加工贸易发展、加强品牌意识等方面着手,切实加快南通市出口强市建设步伐。
As one of the fourteen coastal opening cities in China, Nantong was an early exporting city. In terms of total foreign trade volume, she has been among the Top 25 nationwide large and medium-sized cities in China. Based on the Report on China＇ s Foreign Trade Development Strategy in the Post Financial Crisis Era issued by 2010 Canton Fair, this paper establishes an assessment system of export development of Nantong, which concludes that Nantong is a big export city but not a strong one, the structure of exports needs further optimization and the export benefits remains to rise. However, as Nantong is endowed with a good export tendency and sustainable conditions as well as a sound export foundation, which offer Nantong an opportunity to transform herself into a strong export city, it is the foremost task to adjust the export industrial structure, promote the processing trades and strengthen the brand awareness as to accelerate the growth of the strong export city.
