半连续切片角蛋白IHC检测口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结隐匿性转移的研究

摘要 目的:比较半连续切片角蛋白IHC和常规H-E染色检测口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结隐匿性转移的精确度。方法:45例口腔鳞癌患者单侧颈清淋巴结2260粒,分别用HE染色和半连续切片IHC检测。结果:IHC和HE检测阳性率分别是31.11%和11.11%(P<0.05)。结论:半连续切片角蛋白IHC技术可应用于口腔鳞癌颈淋巴结隐匿性转移的检测。 Objective: To compare semi-continuous sections of cytokeratin(AE1/AE3) immunohistochemistry and routine HE staining on detection oral squamous cell carcinoma of cervical lymph node metastasis accuracy.Methods: We collected 2260 unilateral neck dissection lymph nodes in 45 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.Traditional HE staining and semi-continuous sectiongs of CK(AE1/AE3) immunohistochemical staining were used.Results: Semi-continuous cytokeratin CK(AE1/AE3) immuneohistochemical staining and HE staining for detection of occult cervical lymph node metastasis rate was 31.11%(14/45) and 11.11%(5/45) respactively(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion: Semi-continuous sections cytokeratin CK(AE1/AE3) immunohistoch emical detection techniques can be applied to oral squamous cell carcinoma of occult cervical lymph node metastasis detection.
