摘要
通过宏观形貌检查、金相检验、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,分析了某电厂凝汽器黄铜管腐蚀穿孔失效的原因。结果表明:凝汽器铜管的腐蚀是冲刷腐蚀和脱锌腐蚀联合作用的结果,水中含有的Cl-和S2-是腐蚀穿孔的重要因素。
By moryohology inspection, metallurgical examination, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis etc, the corrosion failure analysis of the brass tube in a power plant condenser was conducted. The results indicate that the wall perforation of the brass tube is due to the combination action of erosion and dezincification corrosion. Meanwhile, the chlorine ion and sulfide ion at high temperature water play an important role in the corrosion perforation failure. Some suggestions for anti-corrosion measures of the brass tubes were put forward.
