摘要
以现有惯性往复振动筛为研究对象,分析了惯性往复振动机械工作过程中所承受载荷的种类及其确定方法,为建立更为精确的力学模型以进行机构动力学分析、结构动力学分析以及为该类机械进行优化设计等过程中正确施加载荷提供理论依据,对该类机械的设计具有重要指导意义。
Taking the current inertial reciprocating vibration sieve as the researching object, the types and the determining method of load is analyzed in the inertial reciprocating mechanical working. In order to provide correct theoretical basis for the load, more precisely mechanical model is established for dynamic analysis, structure dynamic analysis and optimization design process etc. It could provide the important guidance for such design.
