摘要
目的探讨手术室护士与麻醉医生、术者之间的"正性暗示语言",对初次手术的患者术前恐惧程度、术中心率和血压的影响。方法根据入住日期单双日,将86例硬膜外麻醉下实施手术的普外和骨科患者分为研究组(n=44)和对照组(n=42)。两组患者均接受相同的术前护理干预及麻醉医生和手术室护士的术前访视。术日当天入手术间后也接受巡回护士的安抚性语言。研究组患者除此之外,还接受提前设计好的"正性暗示语言"。评估患者进入手术室时和手术开始前的恐惧程度、术中心率和血压,术后比较两组患者对"正性暗示语言"及传统的安抚性语言的满意程度。结果研究组患者手术开始前的恐惧程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;术中研究组患者的心率和血压均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义;研究组患者对进入手术室接受的"正性暗示语言"的效果的满意程度显著高于对照组患者接受的传统的安抚性语言。结论手术室医护之间的"正性暗示语言"能有效缓解患者术前恐惧,获得了患者好评,值得推广使用。
Objective To discuss the influence of positive hint language used by anesthetist, operation nurse and surgeons on preoperative fear and intraoperative heart rate and blood pressure of patients undergone the first surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients from department of general surgery and orthopaedics receiving operation with epidural anesthesia were divided into experiment group （n=44） and control group （n=42）. Patients in both group received preoperative nursing intervention and doctor-nurse interview meanwhile comfort language was applied by circulating nurse for all patients on the operation day. Beside that, patients in experiment group received designed positive hint language to evaluate the extent of fear at the moment of entering the operation room and at the beginning of surgery, the intraoperartive mean blood pressure and heart rate. Satisfaction with positive hint language and traditional comfort language were compared in two groups. Results There was less preoperative fear in experiment group, which showed statistical significance, the intraopeartive mean heart rate and blood pressure were lower in experiment group than those in control group, but without statistical significance. Patients in experiment group were more satisfied with positive hint language. Conclusion Preoperative fear could be relieved effectively with positive hint language given by medical staff. Patients are satisfied positive hint language, which is worthy to be popularized.
