摘要
                
                    在间歇反应器上考察了通过共沉淀法制备得到的一系列不同负载的Cu-Cr2O3/Al2O3催化剂的催化加氢效果.研究结果表明:当n(Cu)∶n(Cr)=2∶1时有最佳的催化剂活性,n(Cu)∶n(Cr)=1∶1时有最佳的1,2-丙二醇选择性.在反应温度为200℃、氢气压力为3MPa、搅拌速率为500r/min和n(Cu)∶n(Cr)=2∶1的Cu-Cr2O3/Al2O3催化剂作用下,反应6h,实现了乳酸乙酯的完全转化,其中1,2-丙二醇的收率达到了95.3%.
                
                Hydrogenation of ethyl lactate is performed to obtain 1,2-propanediol over Cu-Cr20a/ A1203 catalysts with different Cu/Cr mole ratio in a batch reactor. The catalysts were prepared by homogeneous deposition-precipitation of a mixture of an aqueous complex and an aluminium oxide. The results show that the Cu-Cr203/A1203 catalyst with n(Cu) : n(Cr)=2 : 1 has high activity, while that with n(Cu) : n(Cr)= 1 : 1 gives the best selectivity of 1,2-propanediol. The ethyl lactate could be transformed completely after reacting 6 hours at 200 ℃, 3 MPa (hydrogen pressure) with a stirring rate of 500 r/min and by using the Cu-Cr203/AlzO3 catalyst with n(Cu)  : n(Cr)=2 : 1, and 95.30//oo of them were transformed to 1,2-propanediol.
