摘要
目的初步探讨糖尿病与牙周病之间的关系。方法选择44例已诊断为2型糖尿病的患者为糖尿病组,选择40例非糖尿病患者作为对照组。对糖尿病组和对照组进行相同的牙周疾病状况调查。对44例2型糖尿病患者中的18例进行牙周基础治疗,8周后再次进行牙周状况和血糖生化检查。结果糖尿病组的牙周病变程度大于对照组。牙周基础治疗后,伴糖尿病牙周病患者的牙周病变和糖尿病症状都得到一定程度缓解。结论糖尿病和牙周病之间相互影响。糖尿病患者患牙周病几率较高;通过对牙周病的治疗能在一定程度上缓解糖尿病症状。
Objective To investigate the relationship between diabetes mellitus and periodontal disease.Methods 44 patients with type 2 diabetes,and 40 patients of non-diabetic patients were selected.The same periodontal disease survey was carried out on diabetes and control groups.Further more,18 cases in diabetes group take the blood glucose biochemical tests and periodontal disease survey before and after eight-week periodontal foundation treatment.Results Status of periodontal tissue in the diabetes group was worse than that in the control group.After periodontal therapy,both periodontal conditions and diabetes symptoms of the patients were improved.Cone I us ions There was interaction between diabetes and periodontal disease. Diabetic patients suffered a higher risk to have periodontal disease;periodontal treatment can alleviate the symptoms of diabetes to some extent.
